- slst-ttl = slip stitch through third loop
START CROCHETING | SUEZ RIBBING STITCH
- Turning chains at the beginning of row do not count as a stitch.
- Number of rows in pattern repeat : 2
TO BEGIN | any number of chains + 2 turning chain.
R1 | Starting in third ch through back bumps, 1 ehdc to last st, 1 hdc in last st.
R2 | 1 ch, turn, 1 slst-ttl to last st, 1 slst in last st through third and front loops.
R3 | 2 ch, turn, 1 ehdc-tbl to last st, 1 hdc through both loops in last st.
Repeat R2 and R3 until you reach desired size.
Options for the edges: I have crocheted the beginning of the rows in two ways to prevent the edges from curling too much. In the Youtube video, you’ll see that it curls a little more, while in the instructions on the blog, it curls a bit less. Choose the option you prefer!
