“NANO AMIGURUMI” – CROCHET PATTERN BY HILARIA FINA

AQUÍINSPIRATION + DESING
Conchita is my last creation, I am very proud of her. It has been one of most exciting and complex projects that i have ever experienced. It is not because it is a difficult pattern, quite the opposite, the crochet techniques used are easy to execute. The big challenge was to achieve a facial expression of happiness, kindness and beauty. I wanted to create an amigurumi that would make me smile whenever i looked at it, and that would convey peace and tenderness.
It wasn’t easy at the beginning, after several trials I realized that I was not reaching the desired results. Thereon, i decided to relax and watch some old Tarzan movies. Yes, those ones in black and white with Johnny Wesissmüller, the glorious Maureen O’Sullivan as Jane and, of course, Jiggs as Cheetah.
Right after that Conchita project started to come together, she guided my hands until i achieved the final result. There was just a little problem, besides being happy, good and beautiful, conveying that peace and kindness I was looking for, she came out very very very naughty.
The pdf format pattern is pretty complete, it has 24 pages with all the needed details for you to have your own Conchita in little time, with her bananas, her basket, her bow, her dress, her panties and even her little belly button. On this post I am sharing the banana pattern with you, which is Conchita’s favourite food. So, if you already have a little monkey at home, you can give him a present.
