PATTERN INFORMATION

Notes

Worked over a slip stitch through back loop base.

This edging is worked over an even number of stitches + 1.
While working this edging, we will be working on the wrong side of the fabric.

STEP BY STEP PATTERN

Make a slip knot.

STEP 01

Place the slip knot on the hook, insert the hook into the first stitch and make a standing half double crochet.

STEP 02

Work 4 double crochets into the same stitch.

STEP 03

Remove the hook from the loop and insert it into the first double crochet from back to front. Place the loop back on the hook and pull it through the stitch to join all the stitches together at the top.

STEP 04

In the next stitch, work 1 slip stitch and 1 half double crochet.

Continue repeating steps 02 to 04 until the end of the row.
