How to Make Triple Strand from a Ball of Yarn

METHOD: CHAIN PLYING – STEP BY STEP

1 | Make an S shape with the yarn to create three strands.

2 | Bring them together to form the triple strand.

3 | Make a slip knot.

4 | Start working with the three strands as if they were one.

5 | As you need more length, use your index finger and thumb to pull yarn through the loop and draw it out. Continue working with the remaining three strands.

Repeat step 5 each time the strand runs out, making sure to pull the new strand through the loop before continuing to work.
