“The lesson I want you to learn is it doesn’t matter what you look like. You could be tall or short; or fat or thin; ugly or handsome like your father. Or you could be black or yellow, or white. It doesn’t matter. What it does matter is the size of your heart and the strength of your character”.

NOTES

  • This pattern is written in US terminology.
  • This pattern is worked bottom-up.
  • When you crochet in closed rounds, you will close each round with a slip stitch into the first stitch of the round. The next round starts with one or more initial chain stitches (know as the “turning chains”) to get the right height for the following stitches and follows the same direction as the previous round.
  • Turning chain at the beginning of rounds do not count as a stitch.
