STITCHES AND TECHNIQUES USED

CHAIN (abbrev. ch)
YO and pull through loop on hook.

HALF DOUBLE CROCHET (abbrev. hdc)
YO, insert hook in stitch, YO and pull through the stitch (3 loops on hook), YO and pull through all 3 loops on hook at once.

START CROCHETING | CORD

TO BEGIN: make a slip knot on hook (counts as stitch) and 1ch.

TO BEGIN: make a slip knot on hook (counts as stitch) and 1ch 

STEP 01. starting in 2nd ch through back loop, hdc.

STEP 02. Without moving crochet hook turn work counterclockwise, YO, insert hook in last 2 vertical loops, YO and pull up loop (3 loops on hook), YO and pull through all 3 loops on hook at once.

Repeat step 02 until the cord is the desired length.

To finish , don’t move your crochet hook, turn your work counterclockwise, YO, insert hook in three vertical loops, YO and pull through all 5 loops on hook at once.
