Bobblet Crochet Stitch

STITCHES AND TECHNIQUES USED

CHAIN (abbrev. ch)
YO and pull through the loop on hook.

SLIP STITCH (abbrev. sl st)
Insert hook in stitch, YO and pull through all 2 loops on hook.

SINGLE CROCHET (abbrev. sc)
Insert hook in stitch, YO and pull up loop (2 loops on your hook), YO again and pull through both loops on hook.

EXTRA EXTENDED SINGLE CROCHET (abbrev. eesc)
Insert hook in stitch and pull up a loop, [YO and pull through 1 loop on hook] twice, YO and pull through all loops on hook.

CROCHETING INTO THE BACK BUMP OF A CHAIN
When you turn your chain, you’ll see a small ‘bump’ on the wrong side of each stitch.

START CROCHETING | BOBBLET STITCH

• Turning chain at the beginning of row do not count as a stitch.
• Number of rows in pattern repeat : 4
• Not Reversible.

To begin | multiple 2 + 1 + 1 turning chain

R1 | Starting in 2nd ch through back bumps, 1 sc to end. 

R2 | 1 ch, turn, 1 slst in first st, [1 eesc, 1 slst] to end.

R3 | 1 ch, turn, 1 sc to end.

R4 | 1 ch, turn, 1 slst in first 2 sts, [1 eesc, 1 slst] to last st, 1 slst in last st.

R5 | 1 ch, turn, 1 sc to end.

Repeat R2 to R5 until you reach desired size.
