YO and pull through the loop on hook.
CROCHETING INTO THE BACK BUMP OF A CHAIN
When you turn your chain, you’ll see a small ‘bump’ on the wrong side of each stitch.
EXTENDED SINGLE CROCHET (abbrev. esc)
Insert hook in stitch, YO and pull loop through the stitch (2 loops on hook) YO and pull through first loop only, forming a chain stitch (2 loops on hook), YO and pull through both loops on hook.
HALF DOUBLE CROCHET (abbrev. hdc)
YO, insert hook in stitch, YO and pull up loop (3 loops on hook), YO and pull through all 3 loops on the hook.
DOUBLE CROCHET (abbrev. dc)
YO, insert hook in stitch, YO and pull up loop (3 loops on hook), YO and pull through the first 2 loops on hook (2 loops on hook), YO again and pull through the remaining 2 loops on hook.

- Row … = At the beginning of each pattern line, you’ll find “Row” + a number to indicate which “row”.
- (…) = At the end of each line you will find the number of stitches you should have at end of each “row”.
- […] x … = When part of the instructions repeat throughout the “row”, it ́ll be placed between brackets x the number of times it should be repeated.
START CROCHETING | BOBBLE STITCH
Turning chain at the beginning of row does not count as a stitch.
Number of rows in pattern repeat : 2
TO BEGIN: slip knot and chain an odd number of chain + 1 turning chain.
ROW 01. Starting in 2nd ch through back bumps, esc in each st to end of chain.
ROW 02. ch, turn, esc, [5dc half finished in same stitch, YO and then pull through all loops on hook in once to complete the bobble, esc] repeat to end.
ROW 03. ch, turn, esc in each st to end of row.
Repeat rows 02 and 03 until desired height is reached.
START CROCHETING | POPCORN STITCH
Turning chain at the beginning of row does not count as a stitch.
Number of rows in pattern repeat : 2
TO BEGIN: slip knot and chain an odd number of chain + 1 turning chain.
ROW 01. Starting in 2nd ch through back bumps, esc in each st to end of chain.
ROW 02. ch, turn, esc, [(5dc) in same stitch, remove hook from last loop, insert it in first stitch, replace last loop on hook and pull it through the stitch on hook, esc] repeat to end.
ROW 03. ch, turn, esc in each st to end of row.
Repeat rows 02 and 03 until desired height is reached.

Turning chain at the beginning of row does not count as a stitch.

TO BEGIN: slip knot and chain an odd number of chain + 1 turning chain.
